And it is even more important for hard gainers to take nutrition in the right amount in less time. To save time, I replaced my breakfast with this healthy smoothie, which has helped me a lot in my fitness journey. This smoothie is budget-friendly, healthy, and perfect for a beginner.

Let's go straight to the method of making this. 

Ingredients

  • Tone Milk (300ml)
  • Peanut Butter (1table spoon)
  • Grinded Oats (80 gm)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Scoop of Whey Protein
  • Coffee or Cocoa Powder (Optional)

Products that I use

Milk: Amul Taaza Toned Milk

Peanut Butter: Pintola Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate

Oats: Quaker Rolled Oats

Whey Protein: Biozyme Performance Whey (MuscleBlaze)

Method

  1. Take a jar and put your Oats in it.
  2. Add 1table spoon of Peanut Butter.
  3. And then add Milk.
  4. Then One Scoop of Whey Protein.
  5. Cut a whole banana and put it in it.
  6. You can add coffee or cocoa powder for flavor.

Advice

I would advise you to prepare it in the mixer itself because it will mix all the ingredients very well.

Macro-Nutrients 

One medium-ripe banana provides about 110 calories.
Whey Protein which I have used gives 24g Protein in one scoop.
  1. Energy: 828 calories.
  2. Carbs: 103.9gm
  3. Fat: 25.3gm
  4. Protein: 50.9gm

This Smoothie tests well if you put in 2 bananas and it will give you more energy. You can have it every morning it will always help you a lot. I always recommend this smoothie to every hard gainer.
